We Do Not Collect Medical Records or Protected Health Information
RifeApp is not designed to collect or store medical records, clinical diagnoses, laboratory results, treatment records, insurance information, or other protected health information submitted for healthcare purposes. New Paradigm Solutions LLC is not a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or business associate providing HIPAA-regulated healthcare services through RifeApp. RifeApp may process ordinary account activity, search activity, favorites, playlists, category selections, and other interactions with the Service as described in this Privacy Policy. Such activity should not be used to submit confidential medical records or protected health information to us. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, laboratory results, or other sensitive medical information through account fields, community features, support requests, or other RifeApp communications.
Service Providers and Third Parties

Certain information may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted through normal system processes. Account deletion does not automatically require deletion of records that we are legally permitted or required to retain.
Children's Privacy
RifeApp is not intended for children under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under eighteen.
